About the product

The WitMind Employer Competitiveness Index® is determined according to a methodology developed by the company in collaboration with data experts and researchers. This methodology combines representative data from the National Survey of all market employees, research data from individual sectors, and internal research data from employer companies. Comparative analysis is conducted using the unique index system developed by WitMind®.

The index has no counterparts in the market. It provides a unique opportunity for a company to examine and compare with the market and competitors a multitude of competitiveness-determining parameters.

According to the methodology developed by WitMind® data scientists, WitMind® does not include its clients’ data, meaning the specific companies where internal research is conducted, in the sector’s comparative index. This is because it would not meet even the minimal requirements for statistical sample quality, and WitMind® invests significantly to ensure the reliability of the sample and data, striving without compromise to ensure the quality of statistics.

A statistical sample is considered high-quality when it encompasses the entire necessary demographic picture: the required number of respondents representing the entire geographical territory, all age groups of working people, income brackets, genders, and professional qualifications. If WitMind® client data were included in the comparative index, due to their large conditional weight in the overall sample, they would significantly distort the data of the comparative index – rendering it unreliable.

Therefore, WitMind® compiles comparative indices by conducting surplus national surveys of statistical samples, ensuring the quality of each comparative index in terms of both the number of respondents and demographic profile.
